  5. A scientific visit to the Technical University of Warsaw, The Technical University of Wrocŧaw and the Central Laboratory of Optics, Warsaw, Poland (May, 1989), I also attended the international conference “interferometry 89” and presented a paper as an invited speaker..

  3. An official visit to some American Universities as a member of the delegation accompanying the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research to discuss the joint cooperation between the American and Egyptian Universities under the umbrella of the Mubarak-Algore agreement (May, 1998).

  4. An official visit to Saudi Arabian Universities and Institutes as a member of the delegation of the Ministry of Higher Education with a view to discuss the joint cooperation between these institutions and their Egyptian counterparts (April, 1999).

  1. An official visit to Guelph University in Canada and to Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon Universities in U.S.A. to discuss the joint cooperation between these universities and the University of Mansoura specially in the field of Basic Science (May, 2001).

  2. An official visit to Tsukuba University in Japan to discuss the joint cooperation between this university and the University of Mansoura especially in the field of Basic Sciences (January, 2002).

  3. An official visit to Bias Bremer Institute fur angeuwandte sreahlfethnik and Bremen University in Germany to discuss the joint cooperation between these institutes and the University of Mansoura specially in the field of Applied Optics (Oct., 2002).
